I was appalled by the uncleanliness around our room. There were trash remnants left in the beach area, feel neglected. The staff's lack of attention to detail really put a damper on our stay.

Ideal hotel with terrific service and super location adjacent to the private beach/lagoon. Wonderful property employees all round. Fine breakfast, reasonably priced food. Nice pool, parking on site. By the way, parking fee - gbp 12 per day. Fantastic overall experience.

No nonsense, just the truth
What a lovely location! A serene space with a secluded swimming area, where you can unwind. With enough beach chairs and multiple pools, the hotel never feels crowded. The friendly staff makes the vibe enjoyable, and the food is of good quality. Truly, this place is worth every moment spent here.

The location is ideal, as long as you can cope with steps and steep hills! View from the restaurant across to Mouse Island is wonderful. Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you.
My room was a standard room which was a bit tired. The situation between the bar and restaurant was ideal for me though. I understand they are being refitted over winter so next year should be perfect for me.

The staff were lovely and helpful. It is in a beautiful location and very relaxing. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to totally relax and get away from things.
Perhaps the food in the evening could have been better.

The fine views from the terrace, like a painting, made breakfast special. Enjoying fresh olives and jams while watching the sea is a memory I cherish.
More assistance for seniors with mobility issues.

The location is great and the staff friendly and very helpful.
At first we were given a standard room that looked like a cave right next to the bar area. We had to upgrade to a delux and that was ok. Fortunately they had one available.

The proximity to the sea which most of the hotels in Kalkan do not have -Staff were absolutely brilliant and always happy to deal with any issues or requests. The hotel is further out of town than some of the others but the hotel runs a free shuttle service into town and taxis are relatively cheap. The little cove was lovely and the ability to be able to swim in the sea everyday was fantastic - good snorkelling - lovely little outcrops of rocks with sunbeds and umbrellas definitely won us over and we would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it.
Had to ask for towels to be changed even though we were told they should've been changed every 2 days. Weren't aware until the end of the holiday that the hotel provides beach towels so perhaps reception should inform you what you should expect on arrival. A few issues with airconditioning unit but staff very responsive in sorting out the problem

Good pool area and great access to the sea via ladder
The rooms are very dated and the bathrooms are dirty. They simply have not been cleaned.

Great service, staff is very professional and friendly. Even though it is not that close to the city center they offer shuttle service free of charge and this distance provides the hotel an awesome private bay. It is a great place for a relaxing holiday.

A serene location with multiple pool areas and a beautiful beach area provides an excellent atmosphere for relaxation. Service at the beach bar was friendly, while breakfast featured delicious hash browns. The steep hill from the nearest town could be a challenge, and some menu items felt repetitive. Access to the sea was great, but it would benefit from more meze options.

Amazing view, delicious buffet breakfast. Recommend the Deluxe rooms booked through Booked.net as a noticeable difference in standard and size of rooms below this grade. All staff were delightful and very helpful even in 30 degree heat! Hamman in basement of hotel and massage is a must. As steps everywhere good way to keep fit. Nobody under 16.
Distance from the centre of Kalkan which we already knew. Transfer to town from hotel was not free and by dolmus which could be crowded - all part of the holiday!
